Progesterone Cream / Oil Ingredients

by Eckhart, MD

Paraben FREE, Phenoxyethanol FREE, Herb FREE

Many other Progesterone creams contained ingredients that made my patients worse. Many competitors used preservatives such as methyl paraben, butyl paraben, propyl paraben, or phenoxyethanol. These preservatives actually pretend to be estrogen and make women with premenstrual syndrome, fibrocystic breast disease, breast cysts, and fibroids worse. Some of our competitors use estrogenic herbs. These herbs will definitely make endometriosis, fibroids, breast cysts, ovarian cysts, and premenstrual syndrome worse. Other progesterone creams have used toxic emulsifiers. One cream used stearyl konium chloride. According to the University of Texas data base in 1999, only 3cc of Stearyl Konium Chloride will cause fatal convulsions in adults taken orally.

We are interested in the overall health of our customers, not fancy formulas. We want to see our customers healthy.

Ingredients (only 2)

800 mg/oz (Double Strength) Bioidentical USP pharmaceutical grade Natural Progesterone that you would find in a compounding pharmacy. It is third party tested for consistency and purity.

Coconut oil

Glass Bottles

This comes packed in a glass bottle. Many plastics have additives that are estrogenic. Bisphenyl-A (BPA) is a common additive to plastic that has estrogenic activity. One study showed that baby formula plastic bottles when heated increase the out gassing of BPA into the milk by 55 times. See the article here.

Plastic bottle formulations are subject to the whim of the manufacturer and change repeatedly. Additives to the plastic are trade secrets and are not revealed. There is no way to know whether a plastic bottle is safe for our patients.

Plastic when heated can give off many undocumented chemicals that can mimic estrogen.

It is more expensive to purchase glass bottles and more expensive to ship glass bottles. However, we believe in quality. We believe that glass bottles are better for our patients and better for their health.

Preliminary US Government Report states that BPA found in PLASTIC BOTTLES may be linked to hormonal problems.

Canada bans plastic with Bisphenol A in Canada.
