Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!
I just wanted to write and let you know how happy I am with Progestelle. I've tried 5 different creams and Progestelle oil. Progestelle is by far the best I've tried. It got rid of my hot flashes completely, helped me feel more calm and helped with my migraines!! Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!
Also, I glanced at the medical form on your site and noticed it even mentioned pesticides and the toothpaste one uses. Do they contain xenoestrogens too? What is it in toothpaste that should be avoided?
Thank you for your help!

I just really need to give you a HUGE thank you!!!
Good morning! I just really need to give you a HUGE thank you!!! I just
had a transvaginal ultrasound last week ad got the results. I had a large
cyst on my remaining ovary (left one was removed with a very large cyst a
couple of years ago) and it has gotten significantly smaller AND my
endometrium lining as also gotten quite a bit smaller! It went from 16 to
6!!!!!!!!!!! That change has taken place in about 4 months.
If you recall, I was not using the correct dosage of the progestelle for
quite a while. Once you pointed that out which was about 4 months ago, my
periods came back. That was my theory anyway, that if I would get a
period, the lining would shed and become thinner. Although I was confused
as to if I was simply starting to go through menopause which is why no
period and that the thickened lining was a true sign of something more
serious..
I think I've made a believer out of my doctor! She was not at all onboard
with the natural progesterone..
Thank you again so much! I'm so glad you are there!.

I've been feeling better than I have in over 7 years!!!!!
Hello,
I recently switched to your natural progesterone and also have been changing
all my skin products, detergents etc (as best as possible)...I can honestly
say that I've been feeling better than I have in over 7 years!!!!! My only
concern is that when I stop applying the progestrelle (on my 26th day) I
immediately feel so much worse and my period doesn't come immediately
either...I have read (Dr. John Lee and many other books relating to my
condition of endo and fibroids) and some have suggested using progesterone
every day...I would like to know what your professional opinion and
experience is on this matter.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,
V. C.

Editor's Note: V.C. should feel better in about 2-3 months if and only you have switched
all the stuff that goes on the skin. It takes about 2-3 for months for these chemicals to
wash out of the body. Some women use a little progesterone during cramping to stop cramping.
The first day my breast pain was minimized about 90%
I just wanted to let you know that after the first day my breast pain was minimized about 90%, I used it for another week and it is probably safe to say that it is about 97-98% gone. I don't know what is in this oil but it works. I keep thinking that there has got to be a catch. Anything that works this fast and this well has to be used forever or have some horrible side effect. Your product is probably one out of 3 of thousands advertised that actually work and is not set to take people's money and leave them hopeless. Will I have to use this product forever? What is the best method of weaning off? Please advise. Thank you.

I just got the results of the mammogram yesterday and it is normal.
I have some questions regarding the Progestelle, progesterone cream.
I started taking the Progestelle in August because I had breast surgery last Feb. to remove some calsifications. They did a followup exam in August stating the ones had not returned but I had new ones in the right breast. I explained I didn't want another surgery because I still have burning and itching from the original surgery scar. The scar is about 6 inches across and is reddish purple and has the waffled skin look to it. The surgeon told me that they would monitor it for six months but if the pain and itching still continued, I might have to go on male hormones, which I refused to do.
This is when I did my research on the internet about polycystic ovaries and fibrocystic breast disease, of which I have both and have never been able to conceive a child. I am now 41 and time is really running out for me. I was even on Clomid for awhile and all it did was to make my ovaries blow up like Popeye's arms. My OB/GYN wants to refer me to an infertility clinic in Indianapolis but the insurance won't cover any treatment since my husband works for a catholic hospital and our insurance is through his work. It basically covers the diagnosis. Most of these clinics want the money upfront and we just don't have that kind of money for treatment. I am really thinking about changing my OB/GYN to see if they can prescribe another infertility medication that might work for me.
I just had my followup breast exam last week and during the interim, I have removed all caffeine from my diet and no longer use sunflower seeds as well as using the Progestelle oil. My OB/GYN basically told me a couple of weeks ago that this is a complete waste of money and doesn't do anything (this was before I had my mammogram).
I just got the results of the mammogram yesterday and it is normal. I see my surgeon on Tuesday for the followup. He doesn't know I started this treatment last August and I have no idea what his reaction will be to it. The only thing I know is that there were calsifications in there last August requiring extra pictures and now I am clear. The only thing I have done differently is use the Progestelle and cut the caffeine and sunflower seeds. Is this a common result for the Progestelle and does it help with infertility?
I have also lost about 45 pounds since August and am still losing weight. The doctor had prescribed some diet pills for me but I don't like the side effects (they make you mean) and are addictive so I only take them once in a while (one a week at the most). Does the Progestelle cause weight loss of this magnitude as well?

Editor's note: Yes, progesterone cream can have dramatic effects on weight loss if xenoestrogens are cut out. Yes, progesterone may be used to promote fertility and prevent miscarriage.
What a relief to not be in near daily agony!
I would like to tell you that Progestelle, progesterone cream is like a magic potion, and the "Brief but Important List" was an eye opener. I am doing much better now that I am following its recommendations and using the progesterone cream. I pass along the information about Progestelle every chance I get.
I suffered from frequent (almost daily) migraine headaches until I started using Progestelle ( progesterone cream ) and following the brief list. What a relief to not be in near daily agony!

No stomach aches, bloating or headaches, no breast pain and my moods are more consistent day to day
Dear Dr. Eckhart,
Just a short note to let you know that I am so great. I have removed as many xenoestrogens as possible from my environment, skin and diet, as you advised, for nearly a month now and the improvement has been amazing. I am using the Nature Clean powder detergent, no dryer sheets, Elysian Dream products for hair and skin (fragrance free and those without rosemary and lavendar oils, only ones with olive oil, and the organic, fragrance-free shea butter), and the crystal deodorant vs. regular deodorant (AMAZINGLY better), and we changed all of our household products to the Nature Clean line and no longer use any antibacterial foaming soaps or anything. Just Grandpa's baking soda soap for regular hand washing.
I have lost seven pounds this month, my last period cycle was 28 days (who knew!) and my hair has started to grow back (after four years of thinning!!). The biggest thing is that my body is, quiet, for lack of a better way to describe it! No stomach aches, bloating or headaches, no breast pain and my moods are more consistent day to day. My energy is coming back, skin is great -- I can't believe it.
I think I have finally tapped into what has been ailing me for the past six years and I couldn't be more pleased! I plan to use these products regardless... the "clean" feeling from them is just so great. My husband has been using them too, and we are thrilled!!
Thank you so much!

Oh, my weight, two months
ago was 145 pounds and now I am 130 pounds
I have to go to work but wanted to send a quick email to tell you what a
difference this has made in my life.
The first month I had to stop taking and eliminate some more products from
my life. The second month though has been going great!
I only drink water and some juices now and have purchased both olive oil
soap from Elysian Dream and the laundry detergent from
Nature Clean....love it! I am having somewhat tender breasts now (this
week) and think that it may be due to the oncoming menstrual cycle.
Anyway....the other differences I have experienced are incredible. My mood
is so much better.....so, even keel and feeling great! Also I have
lost 15 pounds in two (2) months without even really trying (this was not
something intentional). I still eat the same amount...only now I eat
better. The extra fat around my waste line is leaving and almost gone. I
am 39 years old and have struggled with monthly issues and breast pain
for quite some time. This year the breast pain was becoming extremely
severe and my doctor didn't really have any answers. Also a couple lumps
were found on my mammogram (diagnosed as cysts). I will write more later to
you about this but must leave for work now. Oh, my weight, two months
ago was 145 pounds and now I am 130 pounds (had to purchase new clothes). I
am getting my body back and my skin has cleared up and my hair feels great
(It seemed as though my hair kept thinning and now it has stopped in that I
don't seem to have as much falling out when I run my fingers through it).
Why don't more people know about this! I have begun telling everyone I
know, that will listen.......
Thank you for having your website and sharing this news,

The first improvement I notice was my hair. It doesn't fall as it used to.
Dear Dr Eckhart,
This is my third month of treatment with progestelle, progesterone cream. After my endometriosis surgery I satrted with Progestelle. I feel much better, I followed all your recommendations and feel great, no more xenoestrogens for me.
I am very careful with my diet, mostly organic, lots of vegetables, no redmeat, a little fish and organic chicken. The first improvement I notice was my hair. It doesn't fall as it used to. Also pain during and after my period is almost gone, this is just great. I want to ask you what would be the next step. I am still taking Indole-3 carbinol, no problems so far, no hot flashes.
Progestelle as indicated for endomeriosis. I drink alkaline water. Should I change doses of progestelle or Indole? What about Natokinasse? Can I start taking omega oils? borage oil, salmon oil, or other kind of omega. What about vitamins or antioxidants? I am not taking any other supplements or vitamins. The only concern at this time is my skin, it is really dry and itchy.
I used elysandream castille soap and almond, avocado or even olive oil for my skin. Thanks a lot for all your help.
Sincerely,Sandra H.

I'm very grateful for progestelle
In my early forites my uterus began to swell noticably which made me start to look for information to see what the problem was. Also I was dealing with discomfort, very heavy periods with excruciating pain behind my uterus before I needed to go to the loo. The progestelle website was incredibly informative and the advice of Dr Eckhart was crucial when I was being very cautious about the dosage. He suggested that I increase the dose to 2 pipettes per day from day 6 to 26. Now my endometriosis has resolved, 2 and a half years later, and my period is a swift 4-5 days and very little PMS. When the bleeding started to go back to normal I realised that I had been experiencing abnormal bleeding before (my period, then a gap of a day and then different bleeding from the endometriosis). I take a greens supplement daily along with vitamin C etc, and serrapeptase occasionally, as I find it a little strong. My overall health feels good and I'm very grateful for progestelle and the information that I've learned.
Very best wishes

Will continue to use it.
I am in my 50's and when a tea bag size cyst in my breast ( diagnosed
to have a fibrocystic condition) was found I began Progestelle. I
removed caffeine from my diet and used Progestelle faithfully. In four
months the cyst has decreased in size so that I can barely feel it. My
hot flashes have diminished also. Will continue to use it.

I'm doing really great.
I'm doing really great. Have made some major changes in the food I eat (Traditional Nutrition) and have been very faithful at applying the progesterone and I feel better now than I did when I was younger (I'm 55 now). One thing I started doing for about 6 months now is I never go off the progesterone. I take it continually. Every time I went off for a week, within a day or so I started getting headaches again. So I just stay on and it's worked out great. Thanks for all you do for women. Very thankful for you.

I cannot tell you how much difference this has made in my life.
Just a quick note to tell you that I am absolutely amazed by the difference Fibrovan and Indole 3 carbinol has made in just two weeks! It is hard to believe that I could feel so different already.
I have been trying supplements of every kind and nothing has had such a dramatic effect. My abdomen used to be so sensitive that when my two-year-old granddaughter leaned on it I would wince in pain. I had even given up trying to 'pull it in' because it was just too sore and sensitive.
Now the soreness is nearly gone and my stomach is already pooching out considerably less. I am also finding that the constant, deadly fatigue is going away. I am still tired at times (I lead a rather busy, stressful life) but it is a more normal end-of-day exhaustion. I wake up feeling so much better than I used to.
I have two weeks to go before I am even out of Phase I. I cannot tell you how much difference this has made in my life.
I suppose I should wait for the 12 weeks to end before I go back on natural progesterone? And should I increase the Indole? I am taking 400mg a day now. I feel a little irritable when I take much more than that, but according to my weight, I should be taking more.
Thank you so much for your time and all the good you are doing. I will keep you posted on my progress.

Gone are those days of feeling bloated and suffering the yo-yo weight gain/loss of around 5 lbs. due to fluid retention.
Dear Dr. Eckhart,
I think Progestelle progesterone cream is an absolutely fantastic product. I?m 37 years and I have been living with monthly bloating and moodiness for the past 17 years. Using Progestelle, as it?s recommended every month, has improved my quality of life two-fold. I suffer from many grapes on the ovaries, a small yucky womb and from grapes in the breast. The cyclic changes my body went through for so many years are virtually non-existent today. Thank you Dr. Eckhart for such a marvelous product!
Progestelle has even ameliorated the manic and chip-on-my-shoulder episodes that would take hold of me about one week before my period. Gone are those days of feeling bloated and suffering the yo-yo weight gain/loss of around 5 lbs. due to fluid retention. I could go on and on about the benefits of Progestelle.
I do recommend this product to any women suffering from mood swings and bloating.

I ordered your product and within
5 days I noticed my hair growing back!
I wanted to write about your product and it's amazing results in my life! I
had suffered for many years and didn't know why or how the reasons! I am 39
and have 3 children. I suffered monthly moodiness and bloating after my children were born but after my 3rd child things began to turn ugly. I went to my doctor and she
prescribed lexapro and ativan, even though I was not depressed, I thought at
this point anything has got to help! It didn't! It got worse and I took
myself off the meds. I continued to have mood swings, sleepless nights,
fatigue and weight gain and nothing seemed to be working. With all this
happening I noticed I began losing my hair on top of my head, which for a
woman is total disaster! I quickly began researching on the Internet of my
symptoms and found I may be estrogen dominate! Maybe this was my problem
the whole time! I went to my doctor about what I found on your website and
was quickly discouraged from purchasing anything from the Internet and was
told "what I really needed was antidepressants"!! I couldn't believe it! I
felt in my heart of hearts this was the answer, told my doctor I was going
to pursue progesterone and not her meds. I ordered your product and within
5 days I noticed my hair growing back! I noticed my mood swings were gone
and I was happier, sweeter and kinder to everyone around me! I felt like a
completely new person!
I cannot thank you enough! You have a customer for life! I 've been taking
it regularly (expect during my period) at night, and I can sleep now and get
the rest I have been needing! THANK YOU, THANK YOU THANK YOU! I took Dr.
Eckard's advice and started using natural makeup and now my face is more
clearer and it has been in 4 years! Again, thank you for your product and
your work!

I tried Progestelle and within one month I was
cured.
Hello,
I just wanted to tell you that Progestelle worked wonders for me. I was
diagnosed with Endo********* in the summer of 2005. I bled irregularly and
sometimes for weeks straight. I tried Progestelle and within one month I was
cured. I had more regularity of bleeding and the abdominal pains left
completely. It's a wonderful product and helped me to change how my family lives
as well. We have cut back on paraben containing products and overall my family
is very pleased with the results. Thank you!,

I'm doing better.
Thank you!
I'm doing better. I started the Progestelle in December after being
diagnosed with fibrocystic breast disease (like around 30 small cysts
were found in addition to one really huge one which tipped me off). I
strictly followed your booklet's guidelines and threw out all sources
of chemicals - makeup, laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. -
changed my diet entirely to organic and raw foods, eliminated coffee
(boo hoo) and sugars and other high-glycemic foods, switched entirely
to grass-fed beef and other non-toxic meats, and stopped pumping my
body full of soy and flax and disruptive oils (switching completely to
virgin expeller-pressed coconut
oil) etc., and the large lump is no longer palpable, although when I
press where it was, there is pain sometimes (like now, at 11 days after my
period). Before changing my lifestyle, in the two weeks before my period,
my breasts would start to swell and become huge until menstruation, and
now there is only pain in my right underarm which radiates into the
right breast (the one that had the huge lump) a few days before
menstruation.
PMS has been greatly reduced to one day just before menstruation, and
sometimes not even that, although after dosing with Progestelle at
full-strength for four months, last month I'd reduced it to the
maintenance dose and exposed myself for a week or so to a moisturizer
that was all organic ingredients but contained safflower oil, and I ate
quite a bit super-dark chocolate and peanut butter, which I hadn't had
for four months, and the PMS definitely worsened: my breasts both
became swollen although not to the degree they had been, my skin broke
out and I felt irritable, aggressive and depressed; it was so sharply
noticeable that it felt like a memory of a completely different phase
of my life and drove home the point that my body had indeed changed, so
this month I will return to applying the full dose (and have had less
chocolate).
I'm a bit concerned about the pain in my underarm, but anticipate it's
eventual correction since your booklet said it could take years for the
body to fully rebalance. Any advice?
